摘要
非酒精性脂肪肝是现代医学的常见病,发病率呈上升趋势。童光东教授在治疗非酒精性脂肪肝方面有其独特的经验,非酒精性脂肪肝属祖国医学"肝癖"、"胁痛"、"痰证"、"瘀血"、"肥气病"等范畴,湿热内阻、肝气不舒、瘀血阻络是其病症关键之所在,治疗当清热祛湿、疏肝理气、活血消脂为法,并注重行为疗法,综合调治。
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）is a common disease of the modern medicine,and its incidence is rising.Professor Tong has some distinct experiences in treating NAFLD.NAFLD is in the category of＂liver pi＂,＂liver pain＂,＂phlegm zheng＂,＂blood stasis＂,＂fat gas disease＂of TCM,and damp-heat obstructing,liver qi stagnation,stagnant-blood obstructing collaterals are the key pathogenesis.The treating experience of Professor Tong is to clear heat and promote diuresis,sparse liver to regulate the flow of vital energy,promote blood circulation and disapear fatty,and pay attion to beheavior therapy with comprehensive remedy.
