摘要
目的:研究补益肝肾中药对缺血性脑卒中模型大鼠造模后脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)表达的影响,探讨补益肝肾中药修复神经系统损伤的作用机制。方法:采用老龄雌雄各半SD大鼠线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉,建立缺血性脑卒中的动物模型。观察补益肝肾中药对模型大鼠脑细胞BDNF表达的影响。结果:中药组在给药第7天后BDNF表达有明显差异(P<0.05),2周时达高峰。结论:补益肝肾中药能保护和改善缺血性脑卒中,对神经再生有促进作用。
Objective：To study the effect of Chinese medicine of replenishing the liver and kidney on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF）in ischemic stroke model rats and investigate its mechanism of repairing nervous system damage.Methods：The ischemic stroke model was established by blocking the middle cerebral artery of male and female SD aged rats to observe the effect of Chinese medicine of replenishing the liver and kidney on the expression of BDNF.Results：The expression of BDNF in the treatment group had significant difference 7 days after adminstration（P〈0.05）and reached the peak at two weeks.Conclusion：The Chinese medicine of replenishing the liver and kidney can improve symptoms of the ischemic stroke and promote nerve regeneration.
