摘要
目的分析东莞市万江区儿童吸入性变应原鼻炎占过敏性鼻炎人数百分比改变,及其与东莞市大气环境质量变化的关系。方法使用BICOM2000生物共振治疗仪,对2006～2009年东莞市万江医院86例过敏性鼻炎儿童,进行吸入性变应原检测,然后统计出吸入性变应原人数占当年过敏性鼻炎儿童患者总人数的百分比。根据不同年度东莞大气环境质量报告中,在可吸入颗粒物年平均浓度值变化影响下,分析吸入性变应原鼻炎儿童人数百分比的改变。结果随着东莞大气环境质量中可吸入颗粒物年平均浓度值逐年下降,万江区吸入性变应原鼻炎儿童检测出的人数百分比也相应下降。结论某一年度儿童过敏性鼻炎的发病率受当地该年大气环境质量影响。
Objective To analyze of the relationship between percentage change of Wanjiang Region Children＇s inhalation allergen rhinitis accounted for the total allergic rhinitis patients and the change of atmospheric environmental quality in Dongguan City. Methods 86 allergic rhinitis in children patients from 2006 to 2009 were performed inhalation allergen detection by using BI- COIVI2000 biological resonance therapy apparatus. And then calculate the percentage of inhalation allergen rhinitis in children patients accounted for the total number of allergic rhinitis in children patients in the same year. According to the different annual atmospheric environmental quality report of Dongguan City, analyze the correlation between the change of PM10 average concentration value and the percentage of inhalation allergen rhinitis children. Results With the atmospheric environment quality of inhalable particles in the annual average concentration value decreased year by year in Dangguan City, inhalant allergen rhinitis in children patients of Wanjiang Region detected percentage is decreased. Conclusion Children＇s morbidity of allergic rhinitis is impacted by local atmospheric envi- ronmental quality in the same year.
