摘要
赢得值法作为一种先进的管理方法,已普遍应用于项目进度、成本控制中。以电力施工企业某变电站土建工程为例,详细介绍赢得值法的使用,并探索其在应用中的缺陷及对策分析,通过主要参数对比,及时发现解决问题,促进工程施工费用与进度的统一。
Earned Value Management ( EVM ), an advanced management method, has been widely applied in the project scheduling and cost control. This paper has elaborated on the application of EVM and explored its application deficiencies and countermeasures based on the case study of the civil work of a transformer substation in a power construction enterprise. By comparing the main parameters, the problems and the solutions are to be found out in order to promote the harmony between construction cost and orogress.
