摘要
观察经闭孔无张力阴道悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析28例压力性尿失禁女性患者采用TVT-O治疗的疗效。结果:28例患者均治愈,平均手术时间为(44±12)min,手术失血量为(25±14)ml,术后排尿困难1例,随访2年无复发及吊带侵蚀并发症。结论:经闭孔无张力阴道悬吊术操作容易掌握,疗效好,并发症少是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the effect of tension-free vaginal tape-obturator （TVT-O） in treating fe- male stress urinary incontinence （SUI）. Methods：The effect of 28 female SUI cases treated TVT O were analyzed through retrospective study. Results： All of cases were healed without recurrence and urethral erosion followed 2 years,but one case uroschesis. The mean time of operation was （44±12） min;the mean blood loss was （25± 14） ml. Conclusions：The TVT-O is simple,safe and effective therapy to treat the female SUI.
