分化型甲状腺癌术后复发患者血管内皮生长因子及内皮抑素在血清中表达的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及内皮抑素(Endostatin,ES)在分化型甲状腺癌术后复发患者血清中表达的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测分化型甲状腺癌术后肺转移患者7例、局部复发患者18例及对照组30例正常人群血清VEGF(serum VEGF,sVEGF)及内皮抑索(Serum Endostatin,sES)的表达水平及化学发光法检测血清FT,、Fr4、TsH、Tg、TgA的浓度,应用SPSS13.0统计学软件包分析,计量资料数据比较应用t检验,sVEGF、sES与血清甲状腺球蛋白浓度相关关系采用Spearman等级相关分析。结果复发后肺转移组患者sVEGF、sES[(623.2±139.4)pg/ml,(38.7±9.2)ng/m1]明显高于局部复发组[(397.5±60.2)pg/ml,(31.2±7.6)mg/ml),两者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=4.136,2.092,P〈0.05),肺转移组在复发前后sVEGF、sES[(207.6±33.4)pg/ml,(26.2±6.8)ng/ml;(623.2±139.4)pg/ml,(38.7±9.2)ng/ml],两者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=7.671,2.891,P〈0.05),局部复发组在复发前后sVEGF、SES[(216.3±42.7)pg,/ml,(25.4±4.9)ng/ml;(397.54-60.2)pg/ml,(31.2±7.6)ng/ml],两者比较差异亦具有统计学意义(t=9.609,2.721,P〈0.05),甲状腺癌术后复发的患者血清甲状腺球蛋白浓度与sVEGF及sES表达呈直线正相关(r=0.786,0.327,P〈0.01)。结论sVEGF、sES在分化型甲状腺癌术后局部复发及肺转移患者血清中高表达,可作为评估分化型甲状腺癌生物学行为的一项指标。
