针对高职院校《食用菌技术》课程的特点及存在问题,从教学内容、教学方法、考核方法、实训基地建设等方面对课程教学改革进行了探讨。
Aiming at the characteristics and the existing problems of the course edible mushroom technolog), in higher vocational education, the paper discussed issues in teaching reform in terms of the following aspects: teaching content, teaching methods, assessment reform, and the construction of laboratories and experimental bases.
