摘要
综述国内外工科高校工程师教育的发展,基于地方工科高校特色、办学方向和人才培养目标,探讨地方工科高校工程师教育培养的关键问题。认为地方工科高校应实现工程教育"回归",培养创新能力强、适应国家经济社会发展需要的真正的工程师。
In the paper, the progress of engineering education of engineering college at home and abroad had been reviewed. And some important problems about the cultivation of engineers had also been discussed based on the characteristics, direction and talent training objective of local engineering college. The cultivation of real engineers with greater ability to innovate and meet the social development need should become the emphasis of Iocal engineering college.
