摘要 废旧刨花板的回收利用对环境和社会经济具有重要意义,回收过程中解离方法直接影响再生刨花的质量。笔者通过在100℃的水、0.1mol/L HCI溶液和0.1mol/L NaOH溶液中处理2h,以及不同爆破条件下得到的再生刨花,分析刨花的外观形态、吸水性、微观结构、表面N元素、羧基含量及红外光谱特征,研究处理条件对再生刨花性能的影响。研究结果表明100℃蒸煮处理2h,用0.1mol/L NaOH溶液处理的刨花分离较好、吸水性强、羧基含量高。蒸汽爆破处理的再生刨花比刨花原料尺寸小、颜色深。扫描电镜和N元素分析表明再生刨花表面仍覆盖着一层胶黏剂。表面红外光谱分析表明,水、0.1mol/L的HCI或NaOH溶液处理以及蒸汽爆破均使胶黏剂遭到破坏。 Recycling of spent particleboard is important to environment and social economy. And the recycling methods directly affect the properties of recycled particle. In order to study the effects of treating conditions on the properties of recycled particle, authors of this paper analyze the morphology, water absorbent, microstructure, N element in surface, carboxyl content and IR feature of the recycled particle which is made from spent particleboard by using different chemical methods (soaked in 100℃ 2hr) or by using steam explosion method The results water, 0. lmol/L HCI, 0. lmol/L NaOH solution respectively for show that when treated in 100℃ 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution for 2hr, the regenerated particle can achieve good dissociation, higher water absorbent and higher carboxyl content. Compared with original particle, regenerated particle by steam-explosion treatment is in smaller size and dark color. SEM and N content analysis shows that the surface of regenerated Surface IR analysis shows that all the treatment methods mentioned particle is still covered with a layer of adhesive. above can damage the adhesive.
