摘要
以爆破法对废旧刨花板进行再生刨花分离,并对再生刨花性质进行表征。研究表明:爆破处理可以破坏刨花板胶层结合,同时对木材刨花产生一定的影响,随着爆破压力的增大,木材的微观构造破坏增大;蒸汽爆破处理后纤维素结晶度提高;红外光谱中,在2850cm-1、2920cm-1处,吸收峰变化明显,纤维素和半纤维素官能团则无明显变化;爆破处理改变了胶粘剂与防水剂在刨花表面的分布;有机元素中N元素含量降低。
The characters of regenerated particles which come from the used particle board with steam explosion treated were studied. The results showed that: steam explosion could destroy the glue layer between the particles and micro-appearance of wood simultaneously. The degree of damage increased with the vapor pressure raised;The cellulose crystallinity rised after steam explosion, FTIR spectra showed that, at 2850cm^-1, 2920cm^-1 band the absorption peak changed significantly whereas cellulose and hem1cellulose had no variation. The adhesive and water proof agent were redistributed after steam explosion, and the element N content decreased.
