摘要
目的:观察复方氟米松软膏联合液氮冷冻治疗疥疮结节的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将120例疥疮患者随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),全部给予正规治疗至遗留疥疮结节,然后外涂复方氟米松软膏,治疗组加液氮冷冻治疗。总疗程4周,每隔1周观察疗效和不良反应,观察6周。结果:治疗组的痊愈率(78.33%)和有效率(91.67%)均优于对照组,治疗2周后治疗组的有效率一直优于对照组,且差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方氟米松软膏联合液氮冷冻治疗疥疮结节,疗效显著且疗程短,安全性高。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound flumetasone ointment combined with cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen in the treatment of scabietic nodules. Methods ：120 selected patients with scabies were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 60） and control group （ n = 60）. All patients were accepted regular treatment until scabietic nodules left and then used compound flumetasone ointment externally. The patients of treatment group were added to accepted cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen. The total period of treatment was 4 weeks. The efficacy and adverse reaction was observed every week,for 6 weeks in all. Results ：The cure rate（78.33% ）and effective rate （91. 67% ） of treatment group was higher than that of control group. The effective rate of treatment group was continuously higher than that of control group after treating for 2 weeks. All the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： For treating scabietic nodules, compound flumetasone ointment combined with cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen has the advantages of evident efficacy, short treating period and high safety. It is worthy of clinical popular application.
