摘要
目的:分析得宝松皮损内注射联合化学剥脱治疗囊肿性痤疮的效果。方法:选取本院2012年10月-2014年10月收治的158例囊肿性痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组79例。对照组患者主要采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用得宝松皮损内注射联合化学剥脱治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率100%明显高于对照组的67.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组的复发率为2.53%,不良反应发生率为12.66%;对照组的复发率为6.33%,不良反应发生率为11.39%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:得宝松皮损内注射联合化学剥脱治疗囊肿性痤疮的效果显著,安全性和可行性高,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To analyze the effect of Diprospan intralesional injection combined With chemical exfoliation in the treatment of cystic acne.nethod： 158 patients with cystic acne admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random sampling method, 79 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy, the observation group was given Diprospan intralesional injection combined with chemical exfoliation treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect, recurrence and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed and compared.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%, which was significantly higher than 67.91% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.53%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 12.66%, and the recurrence rate of the control group was 6.33%, the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.39%, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： The effect of Diprospan intralesional injection combined with chemical exfoliation in the treatment of cystic acne is significant, with high safety and feasibility, is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
