摘要
目的:探讨中医药治疗在胃癌术后患者中的临床疗效方法:将符合标准的90例患者随机分为两组。其中治疗组采用中药治疗,对照组采用化疗,两组患者均治疗6个月。结果:治疗组患者在生存质量有效率上高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组在CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,T淋巴细胞转换率四个指标较治疗前均有明显上升(P<0.05)。对照组在CD3+CD4+CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞转换率较术前有所下降(P<0.05),结论:中药治疗胃癌术后患者具有提高患者生存质量及免疫力,改善营养状况及患者预后的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of TCM therapy for the gastric carcinoma patients after operation. Methods： Randomly divided 90 cases of patients with standard into 2 groups. The treatment group took TCM therapy and the control group took chemotherapy. All patients treated for 6 months. Results： The survival quality efficient in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. The four target, CD3＋,CD4＋ ,CD4＋ /CD8＋ , T lymphocytes conversion rates in the treatment rose （P〈0.05）, while the control group was opposite. Conclusion： TCM therapy can improve survival quality, immunity, nutritional status and the prognosis of patients. It＇s worth spreading.
