美国适应体育教师专业化的路径及启示 被引量:17

The Professional Path of the Adapted Physical Education Teachers in the United States and Its Enlightenment on China

摘要 专业化的适应体育教师是提高残障学生体育教学质量的保障。文章对美国适应体育教师专业化的发展路径进行了分析,认为美国主要通过完善的法律体系、一体化的教师教育模式、权威性的国家标准、多样化的专业组织、严格的资格认证、专项的经费资助等多种手段促进适应体育教师专业化。建议我国应积极吸取美国适应体育教师专业化的先进经验,并立足于我国的国情,探索有中国特色的适应体育教师专业化发展道路。 The professionalization of adapted physical education teachers serves as the key to the quality of physical education for disabled students. This study aims to analyze the professional path of adapted physical edu- cation teachers in the United States. The authors believe that the United States promotes the professionalized de- velopment of adapted physical education teachers by means of a perfect legal system, an integrated model of teacher education, an authoritative national standard, diversified professional organizations, strict qualification certification, and special financial support. The study suggests using for reference the experience from the United States, and based on China's national circumstances, seeking to blaze a new trail for the professionalized devel- opment of adapted physical education teachers in China.
