摘要
针对传统产品开发的序贯过程,很多问题要待到实物装配时才能充分暴露,导致零部件装配缺陷发现滞后,提出了人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配技术。研究了人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配环境、虚拟装配关键技术、虚拟装配应用系统,提出了人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配原理,基于Virtools搭建出虚拟装配原型系统,并进行了工程验证。结果表明,所设计的人在回路的沉浸式虚拟装配系统具有一定的工程应用性。
Considering the problem that the assembly faults of the components were found obstructively with the practical model in the conventional way of sequence for developing products, the im-mersive virtual assembly technology of man-in-the-loop was put for- ward. Virtual assembly environment, virtual assembly key technolo-gies, and virtual assembly application systems were discussed, the principle of the immersive virtual assembly of man-in-the-loop was proposed, virtual assembly prototype systems was built based on Virtools and validated. The result indicates that the system of the immersive virtual assembly of designed man-in-the-loop is able to apply to engineering.
