摘要
近年来我国部分医学院校在皮肤性病学教学中应用PBL教学法,实施方式为:以传统多媒体课件讲授总论内容,各论学习应用PBL教学;以具体病例进行PBL教学;临床见习应用PBL教学。通过PBL教学,学生的学习积极性、自学能力、沟通能力、临床思维能力和临床技能得到提高。然而,无论是学生还是老师,对PBL教学的认识还不足,还需进一步了解此教学理念;教师对问题设计的合理性以及课程设置在学科间的横向联系还需加强;教师的知识结构和教学评价体系也有待进一步完善。
Problem-based learning (PBL) has been introduced into our dermatovenereology education in many medical schools in China for the past few years. Combination of multimedia courseware pedagogy and PBL, case - based PBL teaching method and PBL teaching used in clinical practice are the PBL teaching pattern in these medical schools. PBL improves medical students' learning activeness, independent learning, and communication com- petent, clinical ability of thinking and clinical skills. However, both teachers and students don't know well about PBL idea that still needs to further know about it; the rationality of problem-design and lateral ties among different subjects of curriculum of teachers still need to strengthen; the knowl- edge structure of teachers and teaching evaluation system need further perfection.
