摘要
在对维修工作量定量分析的基础上,针对维修人员素质的不同,建立了化工厂下年度的培训模型,采用遗传算法对其求解,验证了模型的有效性、实用性.
Based on the quantitative analysis of repair workload, established a chemical factory annual training model in view of the different repair personnel quality, obtained the solution of training model using genetic algorithm, verified the validity and practicability of the model.
