摘要
对化工厂广泛使用的操作平台承受外力的情况,从结构力学的角度进行了分析,简化为单支梁的力学模型,将钢结构常用的设计控制条件与平台梁的实际结构形式及梁的截面相结合.并从20个钢平台中提取有关数据汇总,得出一个修正系数.推出以梁的刚度条件作为设计的第一控制条件,首先选择梁的截面,再用强度条件进行校核的简单且实用的平台梁计算方法.它可以避免工程技术人员在处理这类问题时,不愿重复计算而照套同类设备或在把握不大的情况下,盲目加大结构尺寸,最后对应力情况及挠度值还是不了解而造成使用材料不合理的现象.
For force load of the operating deck mostly used in chemical industry, an analysis of structural mechanics was conducted. The force model was simplified to singlestrutbeam, and then idea of the frequently used design control condition for steel structure, the real structure of platform frame and the crosssection of beam are combined. Data from 20 relevant steel platforms are analyzed and an modified parameter are conducted. A practical method to calculate platform frame is presented here, where the first control condition is the crosssection strength of beam, and then verified by strength condition. With the utilization of this method, it can be avoided that technicians usually simply duplicate the designs of other device of the same type so as to avoid repeating the calculation, or just blind oversize physical dimension without any scientific calculation so that the stress distribution and the flexibility is unknown, or the material is not properly used.
