摘要
采用有限元方法,建立了激光焊接不锈钢的三维瞬态温度场的计算模型,考虑了材料的热物理性能、相变潜热与温度的非线性关系以及表面对流换热和辐射散热等影响因素,使用SYSWELD软件对激光焊接过程中的温度场进行了分析。结果表明:在激光焊接的开始阶段和结束阶段温度快速上升,中间阶段温度变化较缓慢;沿激光束扫描方向和与扫描方向垂直的方向都存在较大的温度梯度,温度梯度的存在引起较大的热应力,而热应力的存在是焊接过程中易产生裂纹的主要原因。
A model was established to evaluates the three-dimensional transient temperature field for laser welding stainless steel by using the finite element method.The thermo-physical properties and latent heat established as the functions of temperature,the surface convective heat transfer,and the radiant heat transfer were taken into consideration.The temperature yield of laser welding was analyzed by SYSWELD software.The results showed that temperature rises rapidly at the starting and ending of welding,and the temperature changes at the middle of section.There is unlimited temperature gradient in the direction of welding and vertical welding.Heat stress is caused by temperature gradient,existence of heat stress is main reason that cracks is created during welding.
