摘要
建立适当的有限元模型 ,对平板堆焊过程中温度场、应力场的瞬态变化以及焊后的残余应力和变形进行动态模拟 .利用 ANSYS软件的 APDL语言编写程序 ,实现移动焊接热源的施加 。
This paper established proper finite element model, carried on dynamic simulation on plate surfacing's welding temperature field, stress field and welding residual stress and residual deformation, compiled procedure with APDL of ANSYS to deal with the moving heat source, used the method of “birth and death” method to simulate the weld pool's melting and freezing.
