摘要
运用SWOT法详细分析了目前我国中小建筑企业的内部状况及所面临的外部环境,根据分析结果,提出了运用低成本竞争策略、完善企业组织结构、增强合同管理、提高企业信誉、大胆引进人才、提高技术装备水平等相应的发展策略。
The paper has applied SWOT method to analyze the current situation in Chinese small and medium private building enterprises and the external environment they face and put forward the corresponding development strategies of adopting low cost competitive strategy, completing enterprise organization structure, strengthening contract management, improving enterprise goodwill, introducing talents, improving technical equipment level, etc.
