根据建筑行业企业文化建设的特点 ,介绍了建筑企业的企业文化建设的应对之策 ,强调建筑企业的企业文化建设应立足于工程项目 。
According to the features in enterprise culture construction of construction enterprises some dealing measures are introduced. Author points out that the construction of enterprise culture in construction enterprises should depend on engineering projects, pay more attentions on corporate image construction and regard human being as the basis.
