刺梨提取物影响小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的考察刺梨全果提取物的抗疲劳、耐缺氧作用。方法采用小鼠力竭游泳实验和小鼠常压耐缺氧实验,考察连续21天灌胃给予刺梨提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力的影响,并测定服用刺梨提取物后肝糖原和肌糖原的变化,检测运动后血尿素氮、血乳酸含量和乳酸脱氢酶活力的变化。结果刺梨提取物2.0 g/kg及1.0 g/kg组小鼠力竭游泳时间显著延长(P<0.01),0.5 g/kg组小鼠耐缺氧存活时间显著延长(P<0.05)。并且服用刺梨提取物后,小鼠肝糖原含量显著增加(P<0.05),运动后血尿素氮生成显著减少(P<0.01),血乳酸积累显著减少(P<0.001)。结论刺梨提取物能显著增强小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧能力,增加机体糖原储备,提高有氧糖酵解水平是其发挥作用的可能机制。 Objective To evaluate anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effect of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.extract in mice. Methods Exhaustive swimming test and atmospheric hypoxia test were employed to evaluate anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effect of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.extract orally administrated for 21 days consecutively.Furthermore,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen level were examined,and urea nitrogen level,lactic acid level and lactate dehydrogenase activity after swim were determined. Results Rosa roxburghii Tratt.extract extended swimming time at 2.0 g/kg and 1.0 g/kg(P〈0.01),extended hypoxia survival time at 0.5 g/kg(P〈0.05) significantly.Moreover,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen level were significantly increased after treatment(P〈0.05),urea nitrogen level,lactic acid level were decreased(P〈0.01). Conclusion Rosa roxburghii Tratt.extract enhance the anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance ability significantly,those activity could be mediated by increase glycogen reserve and improve aerobic glycolysis ability.
