摘要
为了确定群体的最适抽样量,本试验从中苎1号开放授粉群体中随机选取100蔸,并从中随机抽取10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80,90个个体组成抽样群体,计算其遗传多样性参数,得出SSR标记在样本量50以上时参数值变化不大,而SRAP标记在样本量60以上时结果较为稳定。为苎麻群体遗传多样性的研究中样本量的选择提供了依据。
In order to determine the optimal sample size of ramie group, we randomly selected 100 clumps from Zhong zhu No. 1 which were blooming for pollinating, and from which 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 plants as sample groups were tested to analyze the genetic diversity parameters. The results showed that the parameter values of SSR molecular marker were relatively stable when sample size of the group was more than 50 plants. And as for the SRAP molecular marker, the sample size was more than 60 plants. The results are useful for providing a scientific basis to determine the sample size for analyzing the genetic diversity of ramie group.
