博爱奉献精神在输血学教育中效果的探讨 被引量:3

Exploration of the Effects of Fraternity and Dedication Education on Transfusion Science Teaching

摘要 目的通过自始至终对在校检验医学生博爱奉献精神的教育,以及老师的言传身教,在潜移默化、环境熏陶、感染影响等作用下,使学生在具备良好的职业道德素质的同时,掌握扎实的专业知识和技能,培养一批乐于奉献、大爱无私的新型输血学人才。方法加强传统美德教育,建立民族自豪感。改进教学方法,提高教学质量,树立榜样等来提升学生的博爱奉献。通过期末各种测试来评价效果。结果通过对07、08、09三届学生的培养,无偿献血人数达49.1%,沟通协调能力等四项考试成绩大幅提升。与开学时比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过几年时间连续不断的不懈努力,学生对输血学科已有浓厚的兴趣,每次到课率几乎100%,且学生自愿无偿献血人数已明显增加,将博爱奉献精神渗透进医学教学的全过程中,着重积极正面教育对培养高素质的输血学人才很有意义。 Objective To enable laboratory medical college students to have both good professional and ethical quality and rich professional knowledge and skills through continuous education on fraternity and dedication and influence of the teacher's words and actions,so as to train a group of talents with fraternity and dedication in transfusion science.Methods The fraternity and dedication of the laboratory medical college students who entered in a university in 2007,2008 and 2009 were improved by strengthening traditional virtue education,promoting national pride,changing teaching methods,improving the quality of teaching and setting examples.The education outcome was evaluated with some kinds of tests.Results After being educated,49.1% of the college students donated their blood for free,and scores for four tests,including test on communication capability,were greatly increased,both of which were significantly different from those on enrollment(P0.01).Conclusions Through continuous efforts,the students develop keen interests in the transfusion science.The attendant rates for the transfusion courses are almost 100%.The number of students who volunteer to donate their blood for free is significantly increased.Integrating the fraternity and dedication education into the whole process of medical teaching and focusing on positive education are helpful to cultivating high-quality talents in blood transfusion science.
