摘要 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对经病理证实的乳腺良性肿块42例和恶性肿块14例的高频彩超声像图进行回顾性分析。结果高频彩色多普勒超声检查对检出乳腺肿块的良、恶性诊断符合率分别为95%及85.7%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺肿块的良恶性诊断有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast tumor.Methods The features of high frequency ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed and studied in 42 cases with breast benign tumors and 14 cases with malignant tumors identified with pathology.Results The accuracy rates of ultrasound in diagnosing the benign and malignant tumors were 95% and 85.7% respectively.Conclusion Ultrasound is of great value in diagnosing the benign and malignant tumor.
