摘要
提出了一种非破坏性和无盲区的孤岛检测新方法。分析了微网并网及孤岛2种状态下,负序网络的拓扑结构。根据负序网络等效阻抗的变化规律,提出了一种基于负序电压分配因子的孤岛检测方法。在IEEE Std.1547标准所定义的最恶劣情况下,对该方法进行了仿真验证,结果表明在电压和频率均处于正常范围的情况下,可快速有效地检测出孤岛的发生,且在电网非全相运行的情况下依然能够正确检测出孤岛,同时在伪孤岛发生情况下,也不会出现误判。
A novel detection method islanding detection method, which is nondestructive and without blind area, is proposed. The topological structures of negative-sequence network under two conditions of microgrid, i.e., the grid- connection and the islanding, are analyzed. According to the variation law of equivalent impedance of negative-sequence network, an islanding detection method based on negative- sequence voltage distribution factor is put forward. Under the worst condition defined by IEEE Std. 1547, the simulation verification of the proposed method is performed, and simulation results show that when both voltage and frequency of power grid are within normal ranges, the occurrence of islanding can be detected by the proposed method rapidly and effectively, and under the open-phase operation of microgrid the islanding detection result is still correct, besides, when pseudo-islanding occurs, the misjudgment will not take place.
