摘要
50mm钛合金厚板对接焊缝进行射线检测是没有先例的,本文介绍了确定射线检测工艺几个主要参数(焦距、等效系数、管声压、曝光时间、一次透照长度)的依据和过程,以及检测结果。
The radiographic inspection on the 50mm titanium alloy in thickness butt-jointed seam of is without example. In this paper, the author recommend how to determine the several main parameters of procedure of radiographic examination, such as focal distance from source to film, the equivalent factor, X-ray voltage, time of exposure, L3 once-through penetration length. In according to this procedure, then gives the satisfactory result of examination.
