摘要
在 16m3气雾室中 ,采用Devibiss气溶胶发生器 ,在 0 0 3~ 0 0 4MPa压力下 ,以 0 8m3/h流量喷含 1 0 %蛋白胨的白色葡萄球菌菌悬液形成气溶胶。结果 ,直径 <4 7μm的气溶胶粒子平均占 82 57%。在室温 2 0~ 2 5℃ ,相对湿度为 55%~ 70 %条件下 ,4 0min内其自然衰亡率不超过 38 0 0 % ,能维持试验菌数为 5× 10 4 ~ 5× 10 5cfu/m3。自然菌试验表明 ,采空气自然菌的平板 ,培养 72h比 4 8h为好。
