摘要
本恒温恒湿气雾消毒室主要有消毒室、调温调湿箱、动力系统、控制台和气溶胶发生及采样操作箱等部分组成。消毒室用３ｍｍ厚的不锈钢板制作，容积为５００Ｌ，不管是动态（１～８ｒｐｍ）还是静态都具有良好的密闭性。以０．２％荧光素钠气溶胶作为消毒室的物理衰亡测定剂，２小时物理损耗为１９％。观察大肠杆菌气溶胶粒子在消毒室内的动力学变化，０ｍｉｎ胶龄的粒数中值直径（ＣＭＤ）为３．６μｍ；１２０ｍｉｎ为３．１μｍ；标准差介于１．７３～１．６０μｍ。消毒室外的调温调湿箱，容积为３００Ｌ。该箱的温湿度调整范围分别为０～４０℃和１０～１００％。经使用考核证明，本恒温恒湿气雾消毒室性能良好。

static or moving(1-8rpm) condi-tions.The physical decay of sodium fluorescein aerosol is 19%at
theaerosol age of 2 hours.The count median diameters(CMD)of Escher-chia coli aerosol are 3.6
μm and 3.1μm at the aerosol age of 0 and 2 hoursrespectively. The temperature and relative
humidity(RH) in aerosol stora-ge chamber could be controlled between 0～40℃ and RH 10～
90%.Theequipment was performed very well in a number of air disinfectant tests
