摘要
在分析油田生产企业特点的基础上,将企业的战略目标与目标管理思想相结合,提出了一套较为完整且符合油田生产企业绩效管理需要的关键业绩指标体系,并应用模糊层次分析法构建模糊一致性判断矩阵,计算各指标的权重值,再采用模糊综合评判法,准确地评价油田生产企业的综合业绩,从而为油田企业的绩效评价提供更为科学有效的方法依据。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of oilfield production enterprises, and through the combination of enterprises strategic goals and objective management thought, one complete set of key perform- ance index systems is put forward, which fulfills the requirements of performance management in oilfield pro- duction enterprises. Meanwhile, the fuzzy consistency judgment matrix is constructed by the use of fuzzy analy- sis hierarchy process, together with the calculation for the weight of every index. Besides, by means of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method, comprehensive performance evaluation result has been obtained in oilfield production enterprises.
