摘要
由于独立学院属于社会办学,学生学费比较高,老师也一般是没有编制的,因此独立学院的师生关系具有一些特殊性。本文分析了独立学院师生关系存在的一些问题,提出了处理好独立学院师生关系的基本原则和对策建议。
As independent institute belongs to the social education, tuition is quite high, and teachers are not instituitional personnels. So the relationship between teachers and students in the independent institute has some particularity. This paper analyzes some problems about the relationship between teachers and students independent institutes, puts forward the basic principle and countermeasures to deal with the relationship between teachers and students in independent institutes.
