摘要
试验选用9个性状差异较大的韭菜品种(系)组配成72个杂交组合,用Nair单性状水平分组法将杂交组合分为低产组、中产组和高产组3个组。按分组结果对韭菜不同单株产量水平下产量主要构成因素间的关系进行了相关分析和通径分析。结果表明,株高与鞘粗一直是影响单株产量的2个主要因素。随产量水平的上升,株高对产量的作用逐渐弱化,而鞘粗对产量的作用逐渐得到强化;所以鞘粗和株高可以作为韭菜高产高效育种的主要选择性状。
72 hybrids combinations were obtained from 9 Allium tuberosum Rottler.ex Spreng.varieties with different characters,and grouped into low-yield group,mid-yield group and high-yield group by single characteristic method of Nair grouping.The relationship among the main components of yield per plant in each group was analyzed through correlation and path analysis.The results indicated that plant height and sheath thickness were the two main characters affecting the yield per plant.With the increase of yield,the influence of plant height was weakening;while the influence of sheath thickness was strengthening.Plant height and sheath thickness could be used as the major characters for breeding new A.tuberosum cultivars with high yield and high quality.
