摘要
运用扎根理论的研究方法,对集群共享性资源进行了质性分析,归纳出资源配套与分工协作的体系、紧密的竞合互动氛围、当地机构的参与和支持、集体学习与知识共享的网络、共同声誉等五大共享性资源要素。
By implementing a qualitative analysis on shared resources based on grounded theory,this paper generalizes five elements that are resource supporting and specialization system,competing interactive atmosphere,participation and supporting of local institutions,collective learning and knowledge-sharing network,common reputation.
