摘要
组织学习是为了提高企业的创新能力和竞争优势 ,此目的实现的关键在于学习中对知识进行有效的整合。据此 ,本文提出了需要整合的四种主要知识关系 ,并讨论了知识整合的实现机制 。
The purpose of organizational learning is to increase the competitive advantage and innovatory competence of the enterprises, And the key to achieving the purpose lies in the effective integration of knowledge in learning. In view of the above, this paper puts forward four main relationships of knowledge requiring to integrate, and further discusses the mechanism realizing knowledge integration. Finally, it indicates that the building of a learning organization will act on knowledge integration in many ways.
