如何对高校学生党员的团队精神和积极的人生态度进行正向引导,从而提升高校学生党建工作水平,是新时期高校基层党建工作中一个重要而紧迫的课题。文章从实际工作出发,初步分析了高校学生党建工作存在的问题,并将生涯教育理念融入其中,具体分析了生涯教育在高校学生党建工作中的运用情况,为创新高校学生党建工作,增强学生党支部的战斗力、凝聚力和创造力,提升学生党员的团队精神等奠定了理论基础。
