摘要
深入剖析了汉语国际推广中英语教师的跨文化交际能力的构成要素,涉及语言能力、表达能力、沟通能力、环境适应力、跨文化融合能力、自我调控能力6个方面,并通过问卷法对英语教师的整体水平和各项能力进行了现状调查和数据分析,明确了上述各项能力的强项和短板,针对性地提出了汉语国际推广中英语教师的跨文化交际能力提升策略:一是找准短板,重点强化调控能力;二是拓宽知识;适度提升沟通能力;三是发挥优势,全面提升综合能力。
The essay deeply analyzes the factors of English teachers' intercultural communication competence in the international promotion of Chinese language involved the language ability, expressive ability, communication ability, environment adaptation ability, cross-cultural fusion ability and self-control ability. Based on the methodology of questionnaire, the essay investigates the current situation of English teachers" overall level and the abilities, and the statistic analysis reveals the strength and weakness of the abilities mentioned above. Simultaneously, it suggests the English Teachers" intercultural communication competence is supposed to be improved by finding the weaknesses and emphasizing the self-control ability, followed by broadening knowledge and improving communication ability; and making full use of advantages and enhancing the comprehensive ability.
