摘要 以右旋磷霉素左旋苯乙胺盐为起始原料制得新型含硫缓蚀剂HEHSP-(Na)2,采用失重法和电化学极化法对其缓蚀效率进行了评价,探讨了其在Q235钢上的吸附行为.结果表明:HEHSP-(Na)2属于混合型缓蚀剂,在盐酸介质中缓蚀作用良好,其吸附符合Flory-Huggins等温方程,是多分子层吸附,属于物理吸附. Dextrofosfomysin levophenethylamine salt was used as the outset raw material to prepare HEHSP - (Na) 2, a new corrosion inhibitor containing sulfur. The inhibition efficiency of HEHSP - (Na)2 was tested by weight loss and electrochemistry polarization methods. And the absorbance of HEHSP - (Na) 2 on Q235 carbon steel was preliminarily discussed. The results show that HEHSP- (Na)2, as a complex inhibitor, gives nice in- hibition efficiency on Q235 carbon steel in hydrochloric acid medium, its adsorption conforms to Flory - Huggins uniform temperature equation ,which is multi -molecular layer layer adsorption, and belongs to physical adsorp- tion.
