摘要
用水蒸气-蒸馏法从樟树叶中提取桉叶油;并将其作为盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂的主要成分,用正交实验法优选了复合缓蚀剂配方;采用线性极化法评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率,并对其缓蚀机理进行了初步探讨.结果表明,复配缓蚀剂对碳钢在5%的盐酸溶液中有良好的缓蚀效果,属于混合控制型缓蚀剂.
Camphor oil was abstracted from the greenheart leaf by the steam-distil method and used as main component of corrosion inhibitor for hydrochloric acid cleaning. The formulation of inhibitor was selected through orthogonal experiment method. Using linear polarization technique the efficiency of the corrosion inhibitor was estimated. The result showed that the compound corrosion inhibitor exhibits good corrosion-inhibition effect for carbon-steel in 5% hydrochloric acid system and belongs the mixed control one.
