摘要
研究了在50℃、5%的盐酸介质中咪唑啉季铵盐类缓蚀剂与表面活性剂以及无机阴离子的协同作用,在此基础上得到了MZL 1型酸洗缓蚀剂配方,该配方在静态和动态条件下都有较好的缓蚀效果,通过电化学测试探讨了这种缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理。
The synergism of immidazolinyl-quaternary-ammonium-salt, surfactant and inorganic anions in 5% hydrochloric acid at 50℃ was studied. Based on the experimetal results the formulation of acid pickling inhibitor MZL-1 was developed, which had a good inhibition effect under both static and dynamic state. Electrochemical testing was performed to study its inhibition mechanism.
