摘要
目的 探讨胃癌p35 、PKC 及CD44 V6 联合表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SABC 法检测80 例胃癌组织中p53 、PKC 及CD44 V6 的表达。结果 胃癌组织中p53 、PKC 及CD44V6 表达阳性率分别为55 .0 % 、51 .3 % 和57 .5 % 。p53 、PKC 及CD44 V6 阳性表达者淋巴结转移率分别为79 .5 % 、85 .4 % 和80 .0 % ,均高于阴性者(55 .6 % 、51 .3 % 和52 .9 % ) ,具有显著性差异( 分别 P< 0 .05 ,P< 0 .01 ,P< 0 .05) 。同时有2 个以上指标表达者淋巴结转移率为84 .8 % ,明显高于表达1 个指标(53 .5 % ) 和3 个指标均不表达者(42 .1 % ) ,均有显著性差异( P< 0 .05 ,P< 0 .01) 。结论 p53 基因突变、细胞内信号传导失常以及CD44 异常表达与胃癌淋巴结转移有关,三者在淋巴结转移中具有协同作用。
Objective To study the relationship between lymph node metastasis and p53,PKC and CD44V6 in human gastric cancer.Methods p53,PKC and CD44V6 expression in human gastric cancer tissues of 80 cases were observed by immunohistochemical SABC method.Results The positive rates of p53,PKC and CD44V6 expression were 55.0%,51.3% and 57.5%,respectively,the metastatic rates in p53,PKC and CD44V6 positive tumour(79.5%,85.4%,80.4%) were higher than in those with negative p53,PKC and CD44V6 expression(55.6%,51.3%,52.9%;χ 2=5.30,10.81,6.88; P <0.05, P <0.01, P <0.05).Meanwhile,the metastatic rates in those with co expressions of two or three targets were higher than in that with only one or none of expression( 84.8% ,53.5%,42.1%;χ 2=6.33,12.23; P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion p53,PKC and CD44V6 were related with lymph node metastasis in human gastric cancer.They may play a combined role in gastric cancer metastasis.
