摘要
目的研究扶正助脉方对阳虚瘀阻证缓慢性心律失常大鼠一氧化氮(NO)、Na+-K+-ATP酶的影响,探讨其治疗缓慢性心律失常的作用机制。方法采用皮下注射氢化可的松造肾虚模型的基础上强迫大鼠游泳诱导劳倦过度并注射盐酸可乐定的方法,建立阳虚瘀阻证缓慢性心律失常大鼠模型。随机将大鼠分为高、中、低剂量组、模型对照组及空白对照组,测定大鼠心率及血清NO含量、Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。结果与模型对照组相比,高、中剂量组大鼠血清NO含量降低;低、中剂量组大鼠血清Na+-K+-ATP酶活性升高,高剂量组大鼠血清Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显升高。结论扶正助脉方很可能是通过降低缓慢性心律失常大鼠血清NO含量,增高其Na+-K+-ATP酶活性达到抗心律失常作用。
Objective: To observe the impact of Fuzhengzhumai Decoction on NO and Na+-K+-ATP enzymes of the yang insufficiency and stasis resistance chronic cardiac arrhythmias rats and to explore the mechanism of this decoction on chronic cardiac arrhythmias.Methods: The yang insufficiency and stasis resistance rat model of chronic cardiac arrhythmias were established by forced swimming test and injection of clonidine on the basis of subcutaneous injection of hydrocortisone.These rats models were divided randomly into the high dose group,the middle dose group,the low dose group,the mode control group and the blank control group.Some indices were observed and compared in these groups including the NO level and the Na+-K+-ATP enzymes activity.Results: Compared with the model group,the contents of NO in serum were decreased in the middle and high dose group.The Na+-K+-ATP enzymes activities in the low dose group and the middle dose group were increased.Moreover,it in the high dose group was elevated significantly.Conclusion: Fuzhengzhumai Decoction can treat the arrhythmias by decrease the NO level and increase the Na+-K+-ATP enzymes activity.
