摘要
目的研究气虚血瘀证肺癌患者,血液血栓素B2(TXB2)、一氧化氮(NO)、活性氧(ROS)及6-酮前列环F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)的水平。方法气虚血瘀证肺癌患者,共42例为实验组,另设38例健康人为对照组。采用化学比色法及放射免疫法(RAI):检测并比较气虚血瘀证肺癌患者,及健康对照组血液NO、ROS、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α水平。结果实验组TXB2、ROS,明显高于对照组;6-Keto-PGF1α、NO明显低于对照组。结论气虚血瘀证肺癌患者血液TXB2、ROS显著高于正常水平,而6-Keto-PGF1α、NO显著低于正常水平,这可能与血管内皮细胞功能、结构受损有关。
Objective: To research the changes including TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1a,NO and ROS in lung cancer patients with Qixuxueyu syndrome.Methods: 42 lung cancer patients with Qixuxueyu syndrome were in the treatment group and 38 health people were in the control group.Indices of blood in these groups were detected by radioimmunoassay and chemical colorimetric method.Results: Compared with the control group,levels in the treatment group including TXB2 and ROS were higher significantly,but concentrations such as 6-Keto-PGF1α and NO were lower remarkably.Conclusion: That TXB2 and ROS were higher and as 6-Keto-PGF1α and NO were lower in the lung cancer patients with Qixuxueyu syndrome than those in the health people could be related to damages of function and structure in VEC.
