摘要
目的:观察丹莪妇康煎膏对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用。方法:采用自体移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、孕三烯酮组、丹莪妇康煎膏高剂量组(6g/kg)及低剂量组,并设假手术组。给药30天后,观察形态学改变,检测大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)以及腹腔液白介素-8(IL-8)含量。结果:各剂量丹莪妇康煎膏均能抑制异位子宫内膜组织生长;丹莪妇康煎膏6g/kg大鼠血清E2、P及腹腔液IL-8含量显著降低(P<0.01),血清SOD含量显著升高(P<0.01),血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01);丹莪妇康煎膏低剂量组(3g/kg)血清SOD含量显著升高(P<0.01),血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01),大鼠血清E2、P及腹腔液IL-8含量也有降低趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹莪妇康煎膏对大鼠子宫内膜异位症具有较好治疗作用。
Aim:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Dan'e Fukang decocted extrace(DFD) on endometriosis(EMS) rats.Methods:The model of EMS rats were made by implanted tunica intima method.Then the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,sham operation group,EMS model group,Gestrinone group,high dose DFD group and low dose DFD group.After continously intragastric administration for 30 days,the morphological changes of ectopic endometrium tissue were observed,and the levels of serum E2,P,SOD,MDA and ascites IL-8 were detected.Results:DFD could inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium tissue.High dose DFD(6g/kg) could significantly decrease the levels of serum E2 、P and ascites IL-8 in EMS rats(P0.01),significantly increased the level of serum SOD(P0.01),and significantly decreased the level of serum MDA(P0.01).Low dose DFD(3g/kg) could significantly increased the level of serum SOD(P0.01),and significantly decreased the level of serum MDA(P0.01),but the levels of serum E2 、P and ascites IL-8 not obviously affected by low dose DFD.Conclusion:DFD has a better effect on EMS rats.
