摘要
目的：探讨阴式子宫切除术的临床效果。方法：分析我院2005年6月～2009年6月，行阴式子宫切除术患者20例的临床资料，观察其手术效果和术后情况。结果：20例子宫全部经阴道切除，手术成功率100％，手术时间（45±20）min，术中出血量（100±20）ml，离体子宫重（312±204）g。术后随访无一例阴道残端内芽组织生长。结论：阴式子宫切除术是一种微创、简便、行之有效的手术方法，在不同子宫大小患者中均可临床应用，经济实用，尤适宜基层医院推广施行。

Conclusion Vaginal hysterectomy is a minimally invasive, simple and effective surgical method, This approach can be applied in uterus of different sizes. Suitable for implementation at the grassroots level to promote the hospital.
