IFN-α诱导的信号传导通路的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 IFN-α与受体结合后,可活化多条细胞信号传导通路来调控病毒复制、细胞增殖和免疫功能。众多研究表明,IFN-α主要通过JAK-STATs通路来发挥其生物学作用,但JAK-STATs通路并不能完全解释IFN-α的生物学功能。近年来,IFN-α激活的多条非JAK-STATs通路陆续被发现。这些通路有各自的信号途径,相互协同而又相互牵制,共同构成了一个复杂的IFN-α信号传导网络。
