摘要 以发酵生产的冬虫夏草菌丝体为研究材料,通过测试其对荷瘤小鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平的影响和观察小鼠组织细胞的病理变化,测试冬虫夏草的免疫功能。试验表明,冬虫夏草菌丝体能显著增加荷瘤小鼠脑组织和全血中SOD含量,从而提高机体免疫力,明显减少荷瘤小鼠S180癌细胞面积,降低癌细胞重量,促进癌细胞高度分化,致使癌细胞坏死,对肿瘤生长表现出较强的抑制力。 It was proved in our test that artificially fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium could significantly increase the SOD content in brain tissue and whole blood of tumor carrying white mice, as well as the immunological ability of the mice, bringing about the significant reduction of the area and weight of S180 tumor cells, causing high differentiation of S180 tumor cells, resulting in the necroses of tumor cells,expressing strong inhibition ability to the growth of the tumor.
