Photodynamic Therapy and Anti-Tumor Immunity

摘要 光动力治疗(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种新兴的肿瘤治疗方法,与传统的手术和放化疗相比,它的优势之一就是治疗后能够引起机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应,从而对残余的恶性组织有进一步的清除作用。本文对近十年来光动力治疗和抗肿瘤免疫的相关文献进行了综述,通过对光动力治疗抗肿瘤免疫的机制探讨以及影响因素,使读者对光动力治疗肿瘤的免疫效应有更加清晰的认识。 Photodynamic therapy(PDT) is a risingtreatment for tumors: Compared with traditional treatments, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, PDT is characterized primarily'by an ability to induce anti-tumdr immunity, which, in tin-n, will further the eradication of surviving malignant cells. This articlerevicwed related papers published in the pastdecade. Through discussing the mechanisms and factors of PDT mediated anti-tumor immunity, we are looking forward to prodding readers a clearer picture about the immtmity effect in- duced by PDT.
