摘要
基于黄山市中小学音乐教育的现状,作为黄山市唯一一所可以培养音乐师资的高校,要培养优秀的音乐师资人才,就要针对地方中小学音乐教学的需要,摆脱传统音乐教学模式,改变滞后的教育观念,优化课程设置,使人才培养与时代发展和社会需求相适应。
Based on the present situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Huangshan City,this paper proposes some reforming strategies.Huangshan University,as the only music-teacher training site,shall have a sound aim to train qualified music talents.For that purpose it shall break free from the constraints of the traditional music teacher training model,reform the out-of-dated educational theory,optimize the curriculum and cultivate talents to meet the needs of the society.
