摘要
在重庆市江津区鸳鸯2社和石佛3社两地采用大田试验研究不同中微量元素肥料对甘薯产量和品质的影响。结果表明,两试验点增施各中微肥料均能显著提高甘薯产量;增施镁、硼均能提高维生素C含量,其余各种肥料的作用因试验地点不同其效果各异;各中微肥均可使可溶性糖含量提高;各中微肥对甘薯淀粉、粗蛋白、磷、钾含量的影响在两试验点的差异较大;增施锰均使两试验点甘薯藤氮含量提高最大,其余各处理对甘薯藤氮含量的影响各异;增施各中微肥均可使甘薯藤磷含量降低;各处理对甘薯钾含量的影响差异较大。
Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of socondary-microelement fertilizers on sweet potato yield and quality in Yuanyang and Shifo country of Chongqing. The results showed that the yield of sweet potatoes significantly increased with adding different fertilizers in two exi^riment sites. The increase of ma^esium and boron fertilizers could promote the vitamin C content of potatoes, and the responds of vitamin C were different in the rest treatments. The content of soluble sugar could be improved with adding fertilizers. The effects of every fertilizers on the contents of starch, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were obviously different in two experiment sites. The nutri- ent content increase of sweet potato-leaf was the largest with adding manganese in two experiment sites, the rest were different. The phes- photos content of sweet potato-leaf decreased with adding fertilizers. The effects of different treatments on the potassium contents of sweet po- tato were significantly different in two sites.
